At Incomparable Commercial Cleaning, we value our clients and strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or service credits may be issued.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We will arrange a re-cleaning of the affected areas at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved with a re-clean.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Services were paid for but not delivered.

Services were canceled by us due to circumstances beyond your control.

Significant service quality issues that were not corrected after a re-clean.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service (may be subject to a cancellation fee).

Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service completion.

Pre-existing conditions, damage, or issues outside the scope of our services.

Situations where access to the property was not provided at the agreed time.
4. Deposits & Prepayments

Deposits or prepayments (if required) are non-refundable unless the service is canceled by us.

Clients may reschedule prepaid services with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing their deposit.
5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Service credits (instead of refunds) may be offered at our discretion.
