1. Services Provided

Incomparable Commercial Cleaning provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services, as agreed upon with each client.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, severe weather).

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate service details when booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation flat fee of $100

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Service fees are based on the agreed-upon rate at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept Zelle, Cash, Check, & etc.

  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee of flat fee $150

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Valuable or fragile items should be secured before cleaning.

  • We are not responsible for damage to items left in unsafe conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.

7. Liability

  • Our cleaners are trained and insured.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damages.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Items not properly secured by the client.

8. Health & Safety

  • Our team uses safe cleaning products.

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements before the service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • Staff are treated disrespectfully.

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions exist.

  • Payment terms are repeatedly violated.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, address, or payment details) will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
